We take the primary responsibility for (i) maintaining and optimizing capital structures, (ii) providing additional capital as needed to support the operations and growth initiatives of the business (product expansions, new product development, acquisitions) and (iii) evaluating and managing growth opportunities.
We also take an industry focus into everything we do and are active industry participants. This approach allows us to identify opportunities - including potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and sales opportunities - and bring them to management when they align with the company's strategic goals.
